Lucky Penny Thoughts: I was excited to finally get to open this set. The Inspector Gadget Toys are one of the coolest toys McDonald’s ever made. Once you collect all of the pieces you end up with a 12″ workable figure. Inspector Gadget does all kinds of cool things. I liked the sparker a lot, then the squirt gun and extendable grabbing hand. If you had this set when it first came out, were you able to get all of the toys to make your Inspector Gadget?

I’ve seen inspector gadget it was a great movie
I remember I used to be so fascinated how those sparks were generated inside! Also I loved playing with the sounds on his body piece
That toy would cost 40 bucks today.
I really dislike your lack of excitement for all these amazing memories I grew up with. I feel like these would be so much better portrayed if you were a child when these came out. The lack of justice these toys are given-when they are brand new openings is very sad to me.

Oh man, I remember really wanting to collect all of these when I was a kid, but my parents didn't take me to McDonald's very often, so I only got a couple. I wonder how hard it would be to collect them all now.

There’s a inspector gadget show for kids on Netflix.
I remember as a kid I could never get the head or legs because they " didn't have it" and some kids would show up around the play section with the full toy all put together….
No joke, I found a complete Inspector Gadget set fully assembled at a toy show… for five dollars. Best five bucks I’ve ever spent
