Love your videos, from Malaysia. I been following your video few years back when my first attempt making your kimchi. I was in love with kimchi when first time I bought a bottle at supermarket but was not satisfied because it’s too good and the filling is too little. I said to myself I must learn to make kimchi that when I came across your youtube channel . Thanks Maangchi. Now I always have ready stock kimchi in my freeze, and by the way I got my korean ingredient easily at our local supermarket ever since big korean company project coming to our place that going on for few years and korean product flows in our local supermarket as well. 😁Thanks again Maangchi for a very useful info.
I would like to try Korean cooking. I do like vegetarian-type Korean food. I will try to shop H Mart.

Hi ms Maangchi , I’m very loving a soup donggimi, but not every Korean restaurant have this soup , can you teach me how to cook donggimi? Many thanks Ms Maangchi cooking video ❤️

GOOD GOOD GOOD GOOD I Love it
Wo GOOD Love it
I need halal gochujang halal deonjang halal samjang
Also you should open a restaurant in NY
Maangchi, I have made kimchi using your recipe so many times i love it. My daughter makes kimchi pancakes and soup with it. I have a question tho, I want to make tteok with fish cakes but can't find it the asian market i go to. I found fish balls in Chiang Lee Market in the bronx but it tasted artificially like imitation crabs. I don't eat squid or oyster and want a fish cake to use. Do you have any suggestions for a fish cake that tastes good and where I can buy in NYC. Thank you in advance.
I love your videos. Here in Houston, I shop at H Mart, a great chain of Korean-style supermarkets.
Is korean ketchup the same as american ketchup? I’ve been seeing it on korean recipe and wanted to try
Please adopt me! My Korean mother passed away when I was a child
Maangchi, Korean Restaurants in the Philippines must hate you, you're authentic korean recipes bring their businesses down. 10 years ago, the samgyupsal business started sprouting in our city ( Angeles City) due to the korean community nearby. The first time I tasted Samgyupsal was 10 yrs ago in a newly opened korean restaurant and I fell inlove with korean cuisine since then. But when I started watching your channel and learned to prepare it myself and turned out more delicious and the flavor is more intense in many levels than the korean food they cook in restaurants. Perhaps it is in quality of ingredients and the skill of cook ( the cooks are Filipino who are not that knowledgeable in authentic Korean dishes)..
謝謝妳的詳細介紹。
